Instagram needs a Business or Creator account. A DM to a commenter can be sent once per comment, within 7 days; replies to messages within 24 hours of the person's last message. These limits are set by Meta. YouTube does not notify apps of new comments, so Sospark checks your channel every couple of minutes; a hidden YouTube comment waits for review in YouTube Studio. Telegram answers need Telegram Premium on your account.

AI replies, AI moderation and captions use tokens from a prepaid balance that never expires. 1,000,000 tokens for Rp25,000, 2,000,000 tokens for Rp50,000, 4,000,000 tokens for Rp100,000: about 1,660 AI replies per million. Or bring your own AI key.

Questions before you start
Which platforms does Sospark work with?
Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube and Telegram. Instagram needs a Business or Creator account and Facebook a Page. Sospark only uses the official tools the platforms give apps, so a few actions differ per platform, as the table above shows.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay up front for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and nothing renews by itself. When a paid plan ends you move back to Free; accounts over the Free limit are paused, not deleted.
Do I need my own AI key?
No. Sospark AI runs on Google Gemini and is paid from your AI token balance; every new business gets 200,000 tokens to try it. If you prefer, add your own key from Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, Sumopod or Z.ai.
Will the AI make things up?
AI replies only state prices, links and promises that are in your instructions or the post caption, and answer in the language of the comment. Names, phone numbers and emails are removed before anything is sent to the AI.
Can my team work in the same account?
Yes. Each teammate gets their own login, and the owner decides which menus and accounts they can open. The number of dashboard users depends on the plan.
Is my data safe?
Access tokens, comments and messages are encrypted at rest, and comments and messages are deleted after 30 days. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. Details are in the privacy policy.
